PURPOSE: A broadband antenna for mobile communication is provided to form a close loop type antenna of a compact size by a shortcircuit of an open end of an antenna. CONSTITUTION: The flow of electromagnetic wave generated from a feeder of an antenna is not finished but a close loop is formed by shortcircuiting an open end. The open end of the antenna connected to the feeder is formed by the shortcircuited close loop and a first antenna line is used for transmitting or receiving mobile communication signals. A second antenna line is used for transmitting or receiving the mobile communication signals between the feeder and the first antenna line. The second antenna line is used for connecting the feeder to the first antenna line. The first and the second antenna lines are formed with conductive patterns.
