PURPOSE: An analyzing apparatus for a network performance optimization and a method therefor are provided to offer the performance degradation cause of a network in real time by collecting network parameters, monitoring a performance indicator, and statistically analyzing the performance indicator. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of operator terminals(160) collect data about a network. A CFCA and COA(Call Fail Cause Analysis and Cell Optimization Analysis) unit(120) analyzes call fail cause and cell optimization using information collected in the operator terminals(160). An NDSA(Network Data Statistics Analysis) unit(130) analyzes the performance degradation cause of the network through the correlation analysis of data per a uniform time using information collected in the operator terminals(160), and analyzes tendency using data. A PIM(Performance Indicator Monitoring) unit(140) analyzes a key performance indicator about the performance and efficiency of a base station/sector per a uniform time using information collected in the operator terminals(160). A main server unit(100) receives information collected in the operator terminals(160), and receives data analyzed in CFCA and COA unit(120), the NDSA unit(130), and the PIM unit(140). A database unit(110) stores data from the main server unit(100). A web server unit(150) receives the data from the main server unit(100) and provides the received data to an operator.
