PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an algorithm for extracting authenticating patterns to exclude recognizing and receiving of objects other than the venous patterns of the back of a human hand. SOLUTION: Video signal input of the venous patterns of the back of a hand 1 is conducted. An imaging in an inscribed quadrangle of the back of the human hand 2 is conducted. Conventionally, since filtering 5 is immediate started, images of objects other than the venous patterns of the back of the hand could be recognized and received. In this system, the images to be photographed are confirmed to be the back of the hand at prefiltering 3. Additionally determination as to be the influencing signal of an organism is performed. By the prefiltering 3, 4, recognizing and receiving of the objects other than venous patterns of the back of the hand can be fully excluded. |
