PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out control arithmetic processing at a high speed by speedily and accurately reading operating pattern data from a memory. SOLUTION: A memory managing part 201 sets control parameters (operating pattern data) corresponding to outside trigger signals 119 in registers 202-204 by reading them from the memory 223, and transfer them to registers 205-207 at next timing. A control arithmetic processing device carries out control arithmetic processing by reading the data of the registers 205-207 at another timing different from parameter operating timing for the registers 205-207. High speed reading and accurate data reading become easy by carrying out the control of memory reading this way by another memory managing part separated from the control arithmetic processing device.
