PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device in which the bending deformation of a fixing roller is not generated and warm-up time is shortened and to provide an image forming device provided with the fixing device. SOLUTION: In the fixing device for fixing a toner image with a fixing roller which emits heat and a press-contacting member arranged so as to come in press-contact with the fixing roller, a pressing member is arranged in the inside of the fixing roller, and the fixing roller is held and pressed with the pressing member and the press-contacting member. Alternatively, the thickness of a flange part connected to the rotation axis of the fixing roller is made larger than that of cylindrical part through which a transfer material of the fixing roller passes.
