摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor made good in mechanical durability or electric stability in long-term use and further excellent in image stability and its manufacturing method, and an image forming device, a process cartridge and an image forming method using the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: 1. The electrophotographic photoreceptor is constituted by laminating at least a photoreceptive layer and a charge injection layer where conductive particulates are dispersed in binding resin on a conductive supporting body in this order, has layer structure where the photoreceptive layer succeeds to the charge injection layer, and further is set so that the standard deviationσof maximum film thickness is <=1/5 of D when it is assumed that the average maximum film thickness of the charge injection layer is Dμm. 2. In this manufacturing method of the electrophotographic sensitive body, a solvent having solubility to the resin of the photoreceptive layer coming into contact with the charge injection layer is used as the solvent of charge injection layer coating liquid in the case of forming the charge injection layer by a spray coating method, and the charge injection layer coating liquid is applied on a condition satisfying a specifying expression when the weight of the charge injection layer obtained when the charge injection layer coating liquid is left as it is for one hour after it is applied is defined as (A) and the weight thereof after heating and drying is defined as (B).
