PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photographing method for band image, a spectrum image acquiring device and a program, with which a spectrum image having a spectral reflectivity distribution, that an original object has, can be acquired so that a color deviation can not occur in the case of reproducing as a colorimetric image even when the object moves a little during photographing in the case of acquiring the spectrum image by photographing a plurality of band images. SOLUTION: This method has a photographing process for setting divided bands such as B, G and R bands, for example, of which a band belongs to any, by dividing a photographing wavelength band in the case of providing a plurality of band images by continuously photographing a subject corresponding to each of at least five bands while changing the bands, and photographing the subject while changing the bands so that all the divided B, G and R bands can be continuously used by changing the divided band, to which the band to be used for photographing belongs, for each of photographing in the case of photographing.
