PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a remote station to change over from a rebroadcast program to its own program with frame accuracy without causing disturbance in a transmission signal. SOLUTION: When a counter number '0' is added to a frame of a program information signal of a program changeover schedule in a key station, a switching trigger generator 21 of the remote station detects the counter number '0' from a TS signal from the key station via a digital repeater line, generates a changeover trigger signal from the detected result and gives it to a transmission controller 23 and a changeover controller 26 respectively. In this case, an N1 frame at least equivalent to processing time required for generation of the changeover trigger signal is adjusted so that an (N1+N2) frame equivalent to processing time required from the time of detection of count information to transmission of a program information signal from a remote station program transmitter 22 is nearly matches an N3 frame equivalent to processing time of a decoder 25. |
