PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device by which the defective separation of a recording material from a latent image carrier and the occurrence of a defective image are prevented by reducing the soiling of a post-electrifying device or the like due to scattered toner or the like from the developing device and the space-saving of a device is attained in the developing device provided with several developer carriers and an image forming device provided with the developing device. SOLUTION: Developing bias voltage consisting of a DC component obtained by superposing an AC component to the DC component and the AC component is applied to developing sleeves 20 and 30 at the time of developing processing, and DC bias voltage consisting of only the DC component is applied to the developing sleeves 20 and 30 after the developing processing, and the DC bias voltage having a reverse polarity at the time of the developing processing is applied to the developing sleeve 30 disposed at least at a most downstream position in the rotating direction of the photoreceptive drum 1 after the developing processing. |
