PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device having a camera function whose terminal housing can be reduced in size since a camera unit does not substantially limit the locations of the other function components. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device 1 with a camera function comprises the terminal housing 2 having a liquid crystal display section 15 on the surface, and the camera unit 16 which is stored in a camera storing section installed on the right side face 7 of the terminal housing 2 and can go in and out of the camera storing section 17 in parallel along the surface 6 of the housing. An imaging lens section of the camera unit 16 is disposed on the side face of a turning member 21 projecting from the camera storing section 17. The turning member 21 can be turned around the axis in the projecting direction, with respect to a slide member 20 to adjust the imaging direction of the imaging lens section of a body 53 of the camera.
