PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a reforming rate by burning supplied fuel exhaust gas and promoting heating of a reformer without having influence upon combustion of fuel gas. SOLUTION: Positions of a heating passage 8 to which fuel combustion gas is exhausted from a combustion burner 1 and the heating passage to which anode electrode 71 offgas of a fuel battery 7 is blown out are different from each other on this offgas combustor for the fuel reformer to burn the offgas of the anode electrode 71 of the fuel cell 7 by blowing it out to the heating passage 8 on the fuel reformer to heat the reformer 2 by the heating passage 8 to supply the fuel combustion gas exhausted from the combustion burner 1 to burn fuel. |
