PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly shorten the application starting time in an IC card for multiapplication. SOLUTION: A command, including information for indicating the content to be processed and data used for the processing, is transmitted from a terminal to the IC card. The IC card stores the command in a control table, in which a byte code same as at least a part of the byte code, indicating the content to be processed included in the command, is the code for indicating application identifier. In this configuration, the application to be processed can be identified, without transmitting application identification information from the terminal to the IC card for multiapplication. As a result, the application starting time can be shortened significantly. |
