PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic settlement system using a cellphone capable of readily constituting a system, without limiting a settlement commodity. SOLUTION: The electronic settlement is conducted in telephone equipment 10 concerned in a cellphone enterprise performing telephone communication between the cellphone 41 concerned in a product purchaser and a settlement telephone 31 concerned in a product seller. In this electronic settlement, personal identifying is carried out in the telephone equipment 10 and the cellphone 41 concerned in the product purchaser, the settlement is confirmed in the telephone equipment 10 and the settlement telephone 31 concerned in the product seller, the price for the commodity is charged by added to normal telephone rates, and it is paid separately to the commodity seller.
