摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a stacked ceramic part, which can shorten the time required for a division process. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method can shorten the time required for the division process by omitting the time for retreating a rotary blade 4, after the formation of one cutting line as that in a conventional method and the time for restoring a table after retreat of the rotary blade, since this method includes a step of repeating the procedure of forming a cutting line CX in X direction in a stacked green sheet 1, by shifting the stacked green sheet 1 and forming a cutting line CY in Y direction differing by 90 deg. from the X direction in the stacked green sheet 1 by shifting the stacked green sheet 1 in the reverse direction to the, after rotating it by 90 deg. and rotating the stacked green sheet 1 in a direction reverse to the above by 90 deg. several times, while changing the relative position of the rotary blade 4 to the stacked green sheet 1.
