PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize exhaust heat from a fuel cell as a heat source for heating to enhance the efficiency of exhaust heat recovery. SOLUTION: Exhaust heat from the fuel cell 1 is recovered in hot water circulation piping 3. An outdoor side coolant/air heat exchanger 11 of an air conditioner and an indoor heat exchanger 13 are connected through a coolant circuit 15. A heating water/coolant heat exchanger 16 is connected to the coolant circuit 15 in parallel to the outdoor side coolant/air heat exchanger 11, and the heating water/coolant heat exchanger 16 is connected to the hot water circulation piping 3 through heating auxiliary piping 19. When exhaust heat from the fuel cell 1 is recovered during heating operation, a first opening/closing valve 18 and a second opening/closing valve 20 are opened, a third and a forth opening/closing valves 21, 23 are closed, hot water recovered with the hot water circulation piping 3 is supplied to the heating water/coolant heat exchanger 16 to heat a coolant in the coolant circuit 15 in place of the outdoor coolant/air heat exchanger 11, and the exhaust heat from the fuel cell 1 is utilized in a heating heat source. |
