PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color designating server displaying a picture for designating a color on a user terminal which can be connected to a network and supplying information of the color which can be realized to a user, and to provide a color-designating order-receiving/ordering system, a color designating method, a color-designating order- receiving/ordering method and a recording medium therefor. SOLUTION: In the color designating server 11 displaying a picture for designating a color to the user terminal, a matchable color information database 102a stores information required for obtaining the matchable color. A condition designation processing part 104 transmits a condition designating picture urging the designation of condition information required for obtaining the matchable color to the user terminal. A color information transmission processing part 105 obtains the matchable color based on condition information designated by the condition designating picture within the range of a condition specified by the designated condition information by referring to the matchable color information database 102a and transmits the result to the user terminal.
