PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly deal with a production plan of a solar cell module. SOLUTION: When a first carriage 111 is moved out of a pre-oven 12 to an existing pre-oven 11 to make the pre-oven 12 empty, a second carriage 111 having a mounted solar cell module 100 is moved into the pre-oven 12, the first carriage 111 is moved out of the existing oven 11, the second carriage 111 is moved into the existing oven 11 and a third carriage 111 is moved into the pre-oven 12. Similarly, every time one carriage 111 is moved out of the existing oven 11, the next carriage 111 is moved into the pre-oven 12. Thus the carriage 111 is moved out of the existing oven 11 every a half the heating time of each solar cell module 100.
