SOLUTION: When a keyboard 5 of a terminal device 2 is operated by an applicant to input an application instruction, the application document data are created by a personal computer main body 6 of the terminal device 2, and if necessary, image data such as certificate documents and photos is taken by an image scanner 8 to create attached document data. After that, while the application document data are transmitted from the personal computer main body 6 of the terminal device 2 to the server device 3, the attached document data are transmitted by back processing.</p> |
