The progress of loan business is reported from a branch office computer 16, a loan office computer 18, a guarantee office computer 24, and a central or branch guarantee company computer 26 or the like to a loan business management server 10 or a guarantee institution server 22. Status information matching the progress is recorded in association with the loan application data. The status information can be inquired from the branch office computer 16 or the guarantee office computer 24 or the like. At the loan office computer 18, a financing agreement is determined based on guarantee screening by the guarantee institution.
