The axles are fixed on the upper and lower anchoring crowns by means of plates. Articulated joint of the units is detachable and is designed with a screw. The articulated joint of the members has relative rotation angle restrictor unit. The restrictor unit is preferentially manufactured as removable sector-like insert member concentrically aligned with the articulated joint connecting the units and is rigidly coupled through its protrusion with one of the units. The axles preferentially have radial fixing end protrusions, and openings on the free ends of the units have matching grooves.
