PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect appropriate sale price from a general customer by a seller, when a customer terminal device receives and reproduces time-lapse data, which is transmitted by the sale terminal device on real-time basis. SOLUTION: When the customer terminal device 13 determines communication quality of the time-lapse data received and reproduced in real time and transmits data to the sale terminal device 11, the sale terminal device 11 calculates a sale price of the time-lapse data charging to the general customer in response to received data of a determination result, so that the sale price corresponding to the communication quality of the time-lapse data can be calculated.
