PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal generating circuit, which operates at high speed and reduces current consumption. SOLUTION: In a signal generating circuit provided with a current mirror circuit for supplying an output current corresponding to a reference current, an input signal control part for supplying an operating current based on the output current in response to the second or first level of an input signal and a signal output part for setting the potential of an output signal line to a second or first level when the operating current is supplied or for setting the potential of the output signal line to the first or second level by being supplied with the output current when the operating current is not supplied, this circuit has an operating characteristic improving circuit for increasing the reference current in response to the second level of the input signal and the first level of the output signal line. |
