PURPOSE: To obtain a system for applications related to many different kinds of refrigerants by handing an inflow refrigerant in a gas state, a liquid state, or the mixed state of liquid and gas without any intervention of an operator. CONSTITUTION: An operation system includes a compressor 12 for performing the pump operation of a refrigerant for the system and an evaporator 18 that is connected to a suction port where a refrigerant to be supplied becomes a gas state. A flow rate control device 24 is connected to an evaporator and consists of a temperature automation inflation valve 26 with first and second pressure input parts and a valve body for controlling a refrigerant flow that is passed to the evaporator as the function of the differential pressure between pressure input parts. A first valve 28 for sealing the refrigerant is connected to the first pressure input part of the automatic inflation valve by sealing and a first control pressure is supplied to the valve. A second valve 30 for sealing the same kind of refrigerant is connected to the second pressure input part of the automatic inflation valve by sealing, and a second control pressure is supplied to the valve body as the function of the steam pressure of the refrigerant in the second valve at the temperature of the refrigerant that flows out of the evaporator, thus achieving control according to the first and second differential pressures.
