The invention relates to a casing comprising a hollow and rigid cylindrical support (1) which is provided with a fixing system (2) that is used to conne ct the casing to the forming tube. An appropriately pleated tube (3) is placed on top of said cylindrical support and is in turn covered with a separation she et (4) and finally with a tubular netting (5). The netting (5), which is also compressed or pleated, extends out beyond the support tube (1) along with th e inner tube (3) and is drawn tighter together with the inner tube by means of a clip, clamp or knot (7). In this way, both the pleated tube (3) and the pleated netting (5) are extended axially during the forming, which causes th e simultaneous and independent extension of both elements with the aid of the intermediary separation sheet (4).
