The invention relates to a closable dispensing device for dispensing a liquid, viscous or pasty medium contained in a container. The inventive device comprises a first opening for dispensing the medium contained in the container, a second opening for aerating and/or dearating the container, a closing device by the actuation of which a communication between the first opening and the container and between the second opening and the container can be established or interrupted. The inventive dispensing device is further characterized in that the closing device is adapted to establish, when actuated to establish a communication between the first opening and the container, first a communication between the second opening and the container and only then the communication between the first opening and the container. The inventive dispensing device can be easily and simply operated and cannot open itself under any circumstances. |
