PURPOSE: To conduct single-sided traveling and both-sided traveling with characteristics adopted respectively thereto. CONSTITUTION: Bypass lines 31, 32 passing through control valves 27, 28 for motor control are provided between pumps 23, 24 as hydraulic sources for left and right traveling motors 21, 22 and a tank T, cut valves 33, 34 are provided respectively in the bypass lines 31, 32, an opening of the cut valve 33 or 34 on the traveling side is throttled in the single-sided traveling, and pump pressure is raised thereby to quicken start-up.
