<p>A raw chestnut with a skin for cooking which can be used for preparing a cooked chestnut which can be eaten as it is, is free from discoloration into brown due to cooking, keeps the color and taste inherent in chestnut, is nice to eat and has good appearance; a method for preparing a peeled chestnut which allows causing no discoloration even after a long term storage; a method for separating a skin from a chestnut which allows easy peeling of a skin; and a device for cutting a skin of a chestnut which can be used for separating a skin from a chestnut.</p> |
