Oily compositions which contain as the principal agent highly fat-soluble drugs including compounds of the general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and solvates of both, and each further contain (i) a triester of glycerol with a medium-chain fatty acid and/or an ester of propylene glycol with a medium-chain fatty acid, (ii) a triester of glycerol with a long-chain fatty acid, and (iii) a surfactant wherein the rings A, B and C are each an optionally substituted, aromatic carbo- or hetero-cycle or the like, with the proviso that when one or more of the rings A, B and C are each a 5-membered heterocycle, the corresponding W1, W2 and/or W3 are each a bond; X is a single bond, -O-, -CH2-, -NH-, or the like; and Y is lower alky l, lower alkenyl, or the like.
