CLEANING AND SEPARATING EQUIPMENT FOR RECYCLING OF USED PAPER DIAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cleaning and separating equipment for recycling of used paper diaper which is capable of continuously and stably separating the plastic bags, pulp and absorptive polymers of the used paper diapers, efficiently treats the used paper diapers with lesser trouble and is usable in a smaller floor area and is energy saving. SOLUTION: A cleaning and separating tank 2 is provided with a cleaning water supply port 2c and a cleaning water drain port 2d and the base surface of the cleaning and separating tank 2 is provided with an agitator 4. Endless belts 7 on both sides spanned within the cleaning and separating tank 2 are fitted with scrapers 7a, the upper side parts of which are used as scraping means and the lower side parts as settled matter feeding means. The equipment is provided with an endless screen 9 as ejecting means.
