PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incontinence prevention training device by which incontinence prevention training is performed simply and effectively. SOLUTION: The incontinence prevention training device is provided with at least one pair of electrode pads 120 for applying voltage to the anal peripheral site of a human body and a control part for controlling the applying pattern of voltage by these pads 120. This control part performs control according to a prescribed applying pattern alternately repeating the applying time of the prescribed length of voltage and the suspending time of the prescribed length of voltage.
