SOLUTION: This transmission device for mammal includes a transmitter 10 emitting signals receivable by a receiving device and is to be word on a mammal W by subcutaneously inserting part 14 thereof into the mammal W; wherein the part 14 is made of a specified resin with high affinity for the living body of the mammal W (e.g. a polyurethane resin, polylactic acid resin).
