PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easily exchangeable dried and compressed sphagnum moss enabling sphagnum moss to be easily and sanitarily exchanged in a short time. SOLUTION: This sphagnum moss is characterized by making a round-shaped hole (2) at the center of a sphagnum (1) dried and compressed so as to turn round, and making a gap (3) outward from the round-shaped hole (2).
