PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drawing out a gaseous fluid by suppressing the accompanying of a fine powder or mist when the gaseous fluid is drawn out of the draw-out port provided on the upper surface part of a vertical stirring tank, and also capable of reducing the clogging or the like of a filter to enable stable operation. SOLUTION: In drawing out the gaseous fluid from the draw-out port provided on the upper surface part of the vertical stirring tank having a stirrer therein, a vertical tank, which has two fluid draw-out ports provided on the upper surface part thereof at positions almost symmetric with respect to the center of the upper surface part or has three or more fluid draw-out ports provided on the upper surface part thereof at the positions of the respective apexes of an almost polygon having the center of the upper surface part as a center point, is used as the vertical stirring tank.
