<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cassette driving device with high performance whose structure is simple and the number of components of which is small. SOLUTION: When a tape cassette 5 A surface side of which is recordable thereon and B surface side of which is not recordable thereon is mounted and a REC slider 22 is pushed, an acting piece 78 formed on the REC slider slides a connection plate 68 connected to an R side detection arm for detecting the recording propriety of the B surface side and the connection plate forcibly positions a selection arm 60 placed at an automatic reverse position beforehand corresponding to the position of a direction slider 19 to an automatic shut-off position.</p> |
