PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote setting of an alarm device for a disaster factor such as a fire for detecting the disaster factor and providing an attention calling means and to widely generalize the alarm device to general families by solving a problem of a conventional alarm device that early finding of occurrence of the disaster factor and early coping are difficult in the case that an occurrence place of the disaster factor is distant from a person's sleeping place. SOLUTION: In this alarm device, a factor detector (sensor) detecting the occurrence of the disaster factor such as the fire and a display ringing device calling a person's attention to the disaster factor occurrence are respectively configured as mobile terminals. An electromagnetic wave requiring no procedure such as permission or a report to the competent authorities managing an electromagnetic wave, such as the Ministry of Public Management, Home affairs, Posts and Telecommunications, or a telecommunications management bureau, when using the alarm device, is used for signal transmission. Thereby, the alarm device is easily set. By setting the display ringing device to a place where the person normally lives, the alarm device assists the early finding of the disaster factor such as the fire.
