PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to start an application when a password is forgotten since it is necessary to remember the password for carrying out password setting as security for the application, and that a great deal of time and labor are required since it is necessary to input the password each time the application is started. SOLUTION: An application can be prevented from being started unless one or more keys preliminarily set for each application are depressed. Thus, it is possible to realize security for the start of the application by a simple method.
