PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demodulator capable of enabling multiple access in a UWB(Ultra Wide Band) communication so as to exhibit high performance. SOLUTION: In a communication device 1K+1 , the correlation is calculated between received signals, from a plurality of communication terminals 11 to 1k corresponding to transmitted signals in the UWB(Ultra Wide Band) communication and a pulse capable of being arranged as each transmitted signal of communication terminals 11 to 1k . The data respectively transmitted from the communication terminals 11 to 1k are demodulated on the basis of a correlated statistical amount obtained from a result of the calculation considering an interference between the transmitted signals (multiple access interference) from the communication terminals 11 to 1k .
