PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform requested service work by selecting a service engineer suitable for service work among service engineers residing near a location of a facility for service work requested from a user by an information processor, and obtaining information on the service work through a network by the service engineer through an information terminal device. SOLUTION: When a request for service work such as repairs of the facility is given from the user, the service engineer suitable for the service work is selected by the information processor according to the type of object the facility, the contents of the service work, the installation place of the object equipment, and a personal action plan table and capability map of the service engineers, and the service engineer in charge who is selected by the information processor and instructed to be in charge of service work can obtain information related to the service work through the information terminal device. |
