PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheap power supply for driving a magnetron, which can suppress harmonics current. SOLUTION: By having a switch means 15 to perform short-circuiting/open- circuiting of the center point of 1st and 2nd semiconductor switches 7 and 8 and the midpoint of 1st and 2nd diodes 5 and 6, it can choose simply whether the diodes are build in the semiconductor switches 7 and 8, or not, according to the power supply voltage, a circuit composition optimal in cost can be realized, and the cheap power supply for driving the magnetron can be realized.
