PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a connection disabling state to a server computer due to a jam in an up line, without reinforcing facilities in broadcasting services utilizing bidirectional services, so that stress is not given to viewers. SOLUTION: When a viewer inputs information on specified information, constituted by this editing broadcasting program and a first data broadcasting program interlocked therewith and the input information cannot be transmitted to a server computer on the side of a broadcasting station by the use of the first data broadcasting program, the input information has been stored temporarily in a memory of a broadcasting terminal as information to be transmitted, and input data stored in the memory are transmitted to the server computer on a side of the broadcasting station by the use of a transmitting second data broadcasting program which was switched with an arbitrary timing by the viewer. |
