<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss in the main coil by increasing the occupation rate of the conductor of the main coil to the arrangement region of the entire conductor, and at the same time increase the freedom of the number of turns of the auxiliary coil. SOLUTION: The main coil has a conductive pattern 11a where a flat conductor is arranged in a spiral shape for forming. The conductive pattern 11a is connected to another conductive pattern for the main coil that is overlapped via an insulating layer 10 via a through hole 29. The auxiliary coil has a conductive pattern 11b for the auxiliary coil that is arranged on the same surface as the conductive pattern 11a.
