<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ECU(Engine Control Unit) wherein the reliability of connection between an ECU board and a connector is enhanced. SOLUTION: A connector 6 for electrically connecting a circuit wiring 7 formed on the mounting board 3 of the ECU 1 with another circuit wiring is attached to one terminal portion of FPC 5. The other terminal portion of the FPC is connected with the circuit wiring 7 on the mounting board 3 with anisotropic conductive adhesive 14 in-between, and the connector 6 is installed in a connector installation hole 15 formed in an top wall 4a. The periphery of the connector installation hole 15 is engaged with the locking projections 16 on a locking piece 18 and a stopper 17 to install and fix the connector 6 in the top wall 4a. The top wall 4a is installed on an enclosure 4 to obtain the ECU wherein load or the like is not applied to the connection between the circuit wiring 7 on the mounting board 3 and the wiring 10 on the FPC 5 when the connector is fitted.</p> |
