PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the delay time from a data transmission request from another device until transmission to an opposing device without negotiating between opposing devices about a communication type, and to easily perform RLC protocol analyzing even if the device does not have information about communication type negotiation. SOLUTION: In an RLC communication device in which an RLC protocol processing is performed in an RLC protocol processing section 104 to automatically reproduce data missed in a radio section, RLC PDU which is a protocol data unit generated by the RLC protocol processing is received by a low-order layer communication processing section 101 from the opposing device. In a communication type judging section 105, the received RLC PDU is temporarily stored in a buffer, a formal sequence number is formed from a received sequence number, and it is judged that the communication type is a conformation type or an non-conformation type.
