PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-color heat-sensitive recording body which allows a developed color image to present a metallic tone-like color tone and another developed color tone different therefrom and have high developed color density in each of the developed color tones and the recording part of which has excellent color separability.SOLUTION: The two-color heat-sensitive recording body is obtained by forming a heat-sensitive recording layer, which contains dye precursors and a color developing agent, on a support. The support has metallic gloss. A first dye precursor having a pyridine skeleton in the molecular structure shown by general formula (1) and a second dye precursor for developing a color in the color tone different from that of the first dye precursor are incorporated as the dye precursors. The second dye precursor, at the least, is incorporated in the heat-sensitive recording layer in a composite fine particle-like shape. |
