PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency device which prevents members for shielding from loosely coming into contact with each other in its simple constitution and can prevent an adverse effect from being exerted on a high-frequency circuit. SOLUTION: A high-frequency device is provided with a shield case 22 mounted on a printed wring board 21 with a high-frequency circuit in its interior, shield covers 25 and 26 which are coupled with this case 22 and cover each prescribed region on the surface and the rear surface of the board 21, and holding means 22a and 22b and 25a and holding these covers 25 and 26 in a state that cover 25 and 26 are made to separate from the end edges of the case 22 at a prescribed interval.
