SUBSTANCE: torque wrench meter is made in form of photoelectric autocollimator with reflector secured on inner butt of flexible member; reflector is made in form of triple prism whose one of three dihedral angles differs from right angle; autocollimator body is secured to inner wall of flexible member at some distance from its butt; photodetector of autocollimator has four flats and opening in the center for passage of light flux of radiator; diametrically located photodetector flats are connected together and are coupled with subtracting unit connected with digital indicator through analog-to-digital converter.
