PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment capable of easily selecting a proper bidder of an expert etc., from a plural number of the bidders of the experts etc., for a purchaser having a difficulty of finding the proper bidder of the expert etc. SOLUTION: A plural number of the bidders are provided with a place to appeal their own skills for their business to the purchasers of the business by changing two states of an information open state to question and answer (conversation) concerning business contents simultaneously for a plural number of the bidders at the place for anybody to read and an information closed state to question and answer (conversation) concerning the business contensts only among specific bidders to each other by terminal operation under a will of the purchaser, and the purchase is provided with a place to select the desired bidder from a plural number of the bidders while checking the question and answer in consideration of privacy of the bidders and freshness of invention etc., not to be lost. |
