PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve information exchange between a provider and a latent customer in a system for storing data, and exchanging the data between one or more providers and the latent customer. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a computer device 10 capable of calling the information on the provider, and a storage device 34. This method is characterized by transferring first customer data to the computer device 10 through a data network, adding automatically an identifier specific to a data network address to the first customer data in the computer device 10, storing the identifier in the storage device 34, storing also second customer data having no specific identifier or having another identifier in the storage device, and confirming the identifier assigned to a person who becomes the latent customer and a customer when the first or second customer data dial up the data network address. |
