PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron device capable of restraining the rise time of oscillation from becoming long even after oscillating microwave repeatedly. SOLUTION: The magnetron device is provided with a negative electrode comprising filament 14 formed in spiral, adding thorium oxide and uranium oxide to tungsten. Both end parts of the filament 14 are brazed to a first end hat 10 and a second end hat 11. Further, a center lead 12 is brazed to the first end hat 10, and a side lead 13 is brazed to the second end hat 11. One ends of the center lead 12 and side lead 13 are held by an insulator.
