SOLUTION: This device is provided with an employee master table 41a, a recipient master table 41b in which the information necessary for a legal record is registered, a data base 41 for year-end tax adjustment and legal record in which salary and bonus data, year-end tax adjustment data, and payment record data are registered, an interlocking data accepting means 11a for operating a salary calculation system in the interlocking relationship and reading the data necessary for year-end tax adjustment calculation processing from a data base 42 for calculating salary, a year-end tax adjustment preparation means 116 for displaying input screens for, employee master registration, salary and bonus data registration, and year-end tax adjustment data registration and registering the data when the salary calculation system operates to prepare a withholding book and a withholding slip, and a legal record preparation means 11c for displaying a payment record data registration input screen, storing the results of the registration into the data base, and inputting the data of year-end tax adjustment and payment record from a legal record data registration input screen to prepare the legal record total table.</p> |
